Admission processes

We create forms to collect and process data that connect with existing systems. We also implement systems to validate and store data, as well as alerts to ensure that information is secure and accurate. Tools: Form design, UX Testing, CRO, Data Modelling, CRM and ERP integration.

Creation of recruitment landing pages

Whether it's open days, masterclasses or departmental symposiums, we create landings geared towards acquisition, data capture and conversion. Tools: Form design, CRM integration, Event integration, CRO .

Communication strategy

We create strategic communications plans for higher education institutions, designed to improve visibility and effectiveness in message dissemination. We help universities to create complete and organise curricular catalogues, facilitating academic planning and the management of educational offerings and ensuring that information on programmes, requirements and content is always up-to-date and accessible to students, teachers and administrators. Integration with event platforms

We have effectively integrated leading event management tools, such as Symposium and Eventbrite, as well as internally developed platforms into the web ecosystem. This flexibility allows us to synchronise data and manage registrations efficiently, optimising the organisation and execution of events to deliver a seamless experience for both organisers and participants. We create private areas specially designed for former students. These virtual spaces are exclusive environments where alumni can connect, share experiences, access resources, and keep up to date with the latest news from their alma mater. Four years of continuous collaboration in which we drew on our expertise in instructional, interaction and visual design to collaborate with Blink in the creation of Oxford University Press Digital books.

ABA English

We created the design of the Mobile App for ABA English, structuring all the content and introducing gamification techniques to improve adoption and learning. Awarded as best educational app in 2015 and 2018.
